Driving just near woodbine racetrack and saw him sitting there on the side of the road, slammed on my brakes and managed to get about 2 feet away from him. Was on my stomach in nice clothes snapping away haha, very relaxing 15 minutes. Did you check out the guy sitting on the chair? Wait 2-3 seconds and watch his head :P
